Description
A gym-bag cream, plain and simple. UltraPure Arnica Sports Recovery Cream is a 100 ml tube made for massaging into tired muscles after sport or a busy day, and for everyday knocks and bruises.
What’s in it
- Arnica Montana flower extract (as a tincture), the headline ingredient
- Aloe vera leaf juice
- Sunflower and grape seed oils for a moisturizing, easy-to-massage texture
- Chamomile, calendula, cucumber and dandelion extracts
The formula also contains alcohol and several plant extracts. If your skin is sensitive, read the full ingredient list first and try a small amount on one spot.
How to use it
Apply generously to clean, dry skin and massage it in gently, up to twice a day. Wash your hands afterwards. Store it somewhere cool and dry. Many people find the massage itself is half the comfort, so take your time over sore calves or shoulders.
Who shouldn’t
- Children under 3
- Anyone allergic to arnica or another listed ingredient
- Broken, cut or irritated skin, the eye area and mucous membranes. It’s for external use only.
Stop if it irritates your skin. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or take other medicines, it’s worth asking a pharmacist before using arnica products.
Know the difference
A cream is for everyday aches and minor bumps. A serious injury, a bruise that keeps spreading, swelling that won’t go down, or pain that lasts should be seen by a doctor.
