Typical moments
- Stiff shoulders, legs or back after a long day standing or sitting.
- Minor aches after the gym.
- A warming self-massage before bed.
Not for everyone
It is for adults and children over 2 years; do not use it on younger children. Apply only to intact skin and keep it away from eyes and the inside of the nose and mouth. Wash your hands after. The smell is strong and the warmth is noticeable, which some people love and others cannot stand. Read the product information before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other medicines, or unsure whether it suits you, ask a pharmacist or doctor first.
When an ache is more than an ache
Pain after a real injury, a joint that is hot and swollen, or muscle pain with fever or weakness needs a medical look, not a rub.
The free Pain Check-Up can help you understand aches that keep returning, and the whole-body pain groups are full of people with a favorite rub.
