Description
Falling asleep upright on a train, bus or plane usually ends with your head lolling sideways and a stiff neck when you wake. Decathlon’s memory foam neck pillow is designed to give the neck support all the way around, which Decathlon calls 360 degree support.
The basics
Soft memory foam shapes itself to your neck, under a removable, washable cover. It measures 26 × 23 cm and weighs 350 g. An easy-to-adjust strap holds it in place so it doesn’t slide off when you shift, and a finger clip makes it simple to carry or clip to a bag.
Where it’s handy
- Flights, and train or bus journeys.
- Daily commutes.
- Car journeys as a passenger.
- Any time you’re resting upright in a seat.
Tips for travel comfort
Tighten the strap so the pillow supports your chin and the sides of your neck without pushing your head forward. On long trips, get up and move when you can, and roll your shoulders and neck gently every so often. A pillow helps you rest; it doesn’t replace changing position.

When to get advice
If you have a neck condition or a recent injury, check with a clinician before using a neck pillow. Neck pain with numbness, tingling or weakness in the arms, or after a fall or accident, should be looked at.
