Description
Overview
Each ScarAway sheet is made with a patented material that combines breathability, flexibility, washability and adhesiveness, finished with a soft fabric backing for comfort even under clothes. Silon technology mimics the natural barrier function of healthy skin, and research suggests it acts to hydrate scar tissue, which in turn works to soften the scar. The sheets are suitable for anyone age three and up and for all skin tones. Application is simple: wash and dry the area, peel off the liner and press the adhesive side onto the scar. Each sheet is worn a minimum of 12 hours a day and stays washable and durable for 7 days of use. Sheets may be cut to size for smaller scars or worn side by side for larger areas. Individual results will vary.
