Description
Overview
Unlike a plain heat bulb, the TDP lamp warms a mineral disc containing more than 30 trace elements, which then radiates mid to far infrared warmth (IR-B and IR-C) across a 2–25 μm range. The head turns 360° and the arm tilts, while the column adjusts up to 160 cm, so you can aim the warmth where you want it — neck, shoulders, back, hips or legs.
A built-in timer runs up to 60 minutes and three heat levels (Low, Medium, High) let you keep sessions short and gentle or longer and warmer; 15–45 minutes per session is suggested. The metal build, cross base with 4 wheels and 5 metre cable suit both home use and practice rooms. CE marked, with a 2-year warranty.

Good for
- A fixed daily moment of warmth and rest at home
- Directing warmth at the neck, shoulders, back, hips or legs
- Winding down with warmth before bedtime
- Warmth after sport or physical effort
- Use in physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture and wellness practices
Things to consider
- Mains powered (220V / 50Hz) and not wireless — it needs a socket, though the 5 metre cable helps.
- It is a floor-standing unit on a 61 cm cross base, so allow room to park it; the wheels make moving it easier.
- Not recommended if you have a fever or infection, are pregnant, are undergoing cancer treatment, have thrombosis or untreated high blood pressure — check with your doctor if in doubt.
- With sensitive skin, start at a lower temperature and build up gradually.
