The Body Helix Full Elbow Helix Compression Sleeve uses a 3 mm, latex-free closed-cell synthetic rubber core wrapped in thin, high-stretch polyester with six-thread flatlock seams. The result is even, medical-grade (20-30 mmHg) compression and gentle warmth across the whole elbow joint, without bulky straps, buckles or constant readjusting. The stretch is engineered so your range of motion stays free.
Because the inner core is closed-cell, it won’t absorb odor or bacteria, and the sleeve can be machine washed in mild detergent and tumble dried on medium heat. Body Helix products are engineered by founder Fred Robinson and manufactured at the company’s factory in Greensboro, NC. This listing is the Small in Black; one sleeve per package.
