Overview
The Platinum Series is HealthyLine’s most adjustable PEMF line; this is the Platinum Mat 72″ × 24″ in the 110V version, a full-length mat for a bed, floor or massage table. Its 6-coil PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) system can be set by waveform, frequency, pulse width and intensity.
A gemstone layer of amethyst, jade, obsidian, quartz and tourmaline is warmed by far infrared heat up to 158°F (70°C), and 60 photon (red) LEDs are built in; heat, PEMF and red lights can each be switched on or off.

Things to consider
- At 27 lb and 72 × 24 in it needs space to lay flat, and the gemstone fill feels firmer than foam pads.
- HealthyLine allows 20–25 minutes for the mat to heat up and advises starting on lower settings and increasing gradually.
- HealthyLine’s safety advice: consult your healthcare professional before use if you have implanted medical devices (such as a pacemaker), are pregnant or have specific medical concerns. If PEMF brings mild headaches or fatigue, stop and later restart at lower settings for no more than 20 minutes.
