Description
Here is the short version: this is a big, heavy, full-body light panel for people who already know they want red light at home and have room for it. If you are still on the fence, a small wrap is a lower-risk way to start. If you are ready for a panel, read on.

Distance changes the session
Stand closer for more concentrated light on one area, or step back to cover more of your back, legs, shoulders and arms at once. A built-in control panel sets the mode and timer, and a fan vent keeps it cool during longer sessions.
Hanging or standing
The box includes a lifting rope, a wire rope and two door hooks for hanging, and rubber feet for standing it up. You also get a power cable, eye protection, earplugs (for the fan noise) and a manual. Plan where it will live before it arrives, with a nearby outlet and enough clearance to step back.
Safety first
Always wear the included eye protection. If you are pregnant, take medication that makes you sensitive to light, or have a health condition, check with your clinician before starting. Light therapy research is still mixed, and it is not a substitute for care from your doctor. Pain that is widespread and unexplained deserves a proper workup.
