Description
Overview
The body helix X-Fit Ankle Helix delivers compression in a figure "8" design that fits comfortably inside your shoe, offering support around the tendons and ligaments of the ankle joint. It is built from a 3 mm, latex-free closed-cell synthetic rubber core wrapped in high-stretch polyester fabric with a six-thread flatlock seam, so it stretches with you rather than restricting your range of motion. The sleeve locks to your skin, so there is no constant readjusting mid-activity.
One sleeve fits either the right or left ankle. It covers the arch of the foot and up to 4" (10cm) above the heel, and the hygienic inner core won’t absorb odor or bacteria. Machine wash in mild detergent and dry on medium heat. Engineered in Charlotte, NC and made at the Greensboro, NC factory.

What’s in the box
- One body helix X-Fit Ankle Compression Sleeve for either the right or left ankle
Good for
- Everyday support for old or minor ankle sprains and strains
- Added joint awareness and proprioception during sport and activity
- Achy, tired ankles and arches during long days on your feet
- Wearing discreetly inside athletic shoes when a bulky lace-up brace is too much
- Arthritic ankle discomfort and plantar fascia soreness
Things to consider
- Compression is firm at 20–30 mmHg; some wearers find it snug or tight against the Achilles, so it may suit selective wear rather than all day.
- Proper fit matters — check the sizing chart, and order one size up if you fall between sizes.
- Watch the brand’s how-to video before first use to put it on correctly and avoid damaging the sleeve.
- If you have an ongoing ankle or foot problem, circulation concerns or are unsure about compression levels, check with a clinician first.
