Overview

The W500 Memory Foam Insoles are Decathlon’s cut-to-fit walking insoles. They are 10 mm thick and made from polyurethane memory foam, which follows the contours and shape of the foot for a soft feel underfoot when walking.

Each size covers a range of shoe sizes, so the front is trimmed to fit: take out the original insole and use it as a template. The memory foam absorbs perspiration; Decathlon suggests removing the insoles after use to dry, and changing them after about six months of walking to keep the cushioning.
