Description
Overview
The Extreme Go Roller pairs GoFit’s familiar channelled foam exterior with the patent-pending UltraFin Core, an inner fin structure that replaces the hollow centre found in many rollers. The core is approximately 5.5 inches in diameter and holds up to 50% more weight than traditional hollow foam rollers, so the roller keeps its shape when you lean in hard.
At 13 inches it is a compact size for rolling calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes and upper back, and it stores easily in a gym bag or corner of a room. A training manual with deep tissue rolling and strength-training moves is included, and GoFit’s video library has a Go Roller workout to follow along with.

What’s in the box
- Extreme 13" Go Roller
- Training manual with deep tissue muscle recovery and strength-training exercises
Good for
- Warming up before training and loosening off afterwards
- Rolling tight calves, quads, hamstrings and glutes
- Easing general muscle tightness in the back and shoulders after long days

Things to consider
- The firm, dense build and fin core make for intense pressure — if you are new to foam rolling, start light and go slowly.
- At 13 inches it suits single muscle groups; a longer roller may suit full-length back work better.
- Check the roller before each use for nicks, tears or holes and stop using it if damaged.
- If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or managing a health condition, check with a clinician before starting.
