KT Tape Pro in Jet Black is made from 100% synthetic performance fibers rather than cotton. According to the brand, the fibers are fast-drying and water resistant, and the tape can be worn in the shower, in the pool, or at the beach. The adhesive is formulated to stay in place for 4-7 days.
The tape has an elastic core that the brand says supports muscles, joints and tendons without restricting range of motion, and retains its elasticity better over time than cotton kinesiology tape.
