Description
Who it suits: someone curious about red light who wants a small panel for one area at a time, on a desk or shelf, rather than a tall full-body unit. The Mvolo Elite Series 306 is 27 × 19 × 6.5 cm and weighs 3 kg.
Six wavelengths in a small box
It combines three reds (630, 660 and 670 nm) with three near-infrared wavelengths (810, 830 and 850 nm), from 60 LED chips at 300W. Mvolo lists irradiance at more than 205 mW/cm² measured at 10 cm, 0 EMF, and a 75,000-hour panel lifespan.
Controls
- Four brightness settings.
- A built-in timer.
- A pulse frequency adjustable from 0 to 999 Hz.
- All operated by remote, with a 3 metre cable.
It tilts a full 360 degrees and comes with a hanging system if you’d rather mount it. It’s plug and play, with no assembly.
Mvolo’s guidance
Stay at least 10 cm from the panel and keep sessions to a maximum of 20 minutes per area. Wear the protective goggles that come in the box. Because the panel is small, you work one area at a time: a knee, a shoulder, part of your back.
People fit it into a morning routine, an evening wind-down, after sport or a long working day, or alongside skincare. Evidence for red light on aches is still mixed, so it works best as one part of a broader routine.
In the box
The panel, protective goggles with UV protection, a power cable with an EU plug (worth noting if you’re elsewhere), and the hanging system. There’s a 90-day return period and a 2-year warranty.
Ask your doctor first if
You’re pregnant, take a medicine that makes your skin light-sensitive, or have a skin or health condition. Widespread pain with fatigue, fever or unexplained weight loss needs a proper medical look.
The free Pain Check-Up can help you understand all-over aches, and the nerve, whole-body and fibromyalgia groups are a place to hear how others use light.
