The two active ingredients

How to apply it

1. When you can, wash the area with mild soap and warm water, rinse and pat dry.
2. Apply to the outside only, up to 4 times a day, for adults and children 12 and over.
3. Under 12, ask a doctor.

Do not put it inside the rectum with your fingers or an applicator, and do not go over the daily limit unless a doctor tells you to.

Ask a doctor first if you

• Have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease or diabetes.
• Have trouble urinating because of an enlarged prostate.
• Take prescription medicine for blood pressure or depression.
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.

When to stop

Stop and see a doctor if bleeding happens, or if things get worse or do not improve within 7 days. Rectal bleeding should always be checked, even if you are fairly sure it is a hemorrhoid. The cap is child-resistant, but keep it out of children’s reach and away from your eyes.
