Overview

The Premium TENS + EMS system combines two technologies in one pocket-sized unit. TENS sends subtle electrical impulses through the electrode pads, while EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) uses impulses to elicit muscle contraction, which iReliev positions as support for strength, endurance and faster recovery. Fourteen programs cover acute and chronic pain settings, an arthritis program, muscle recovery, active recovery, warm up and endurance.

The upgraded extra-large backlit LCD makes program selection readable in bright or dim rooms, and each program comes with an on-screen description. There are 25 levels of adjustable intensity, dual channels and session timers from 5 to 60 minutes. Rechargeable operation means no battery buying — a single charge runs 2–3 hours. A belt clip holster, two sizes of electrode pads and lead wires are included.
