Description
Big panels are about coverage. At 51 inches tall, the iReliev 2160W panel can light your back, shoulders, legs, arms and torso at once, so you’re not moving a small device from spot to spot.

Hanging it
The box includes a lifting rope, wire rope and two door hooks, so it can hang from a door or mount point. Check your door or mounting spot can take it before you set up. You also get the power cable, eye protection, earplugs and an instruction manual. It suits a bedroom, home gym, recovery room or dedicated wellness corner.
How people fit it in
Short, repeatable sessions before a workout, after training, or as part of a daily wind-down. Research on red and near-infrared light for aches is still developing, so it’s best as an add-on to movement and the care you already rely on.
Safety
- Wear the eye protection every session.
- Check with your clinician first if you’re pregnant, photosensitive, on light-sensitizing medication, or managing a health condition.
- If back pain is new, severe, or comes with numbness or weakness, get it assessed rather than relying on light.
Not sure where your pain fits? The free Pain Check-Up is a good start, and the back and neck pain groups are a place to ask how others use large panels.
