I’ve been experiencing sudden acid reflux at night for the past few weeks, and it’s really disrupting my sleep. I wake up with a burning sensation in my chest and throat, and sometimes it feels like food is coming back up. I’m looking for quick fixes or tips on how to prevent this from happening, especially when it strikes unexpectedly. Any advice would be appreciated!
