Managing Acid Reflux with Medication and Diet Changes

Hello all,

I’ve been dealing with acid reflux for several months, and it’s been a struggle to manage. My doctor prescribed omeprazole, which has helped reduce the frequency of my symptoms, but I still experience occasional flare-ups. I’ve also made some significant dietary changes, like avoiding spicy foods, caffeine, and acidic fruits, which seem to help a bit.

I’m curious to know what other people have done to manage their acid reflux. Are there specific foods or drinks that you’ve found trigger your symptoms? Have you tried any natural remedies or supplements that have worked? I’m open to any suggestions to further reduce my symptoms and improve my quality of life.
